The Allstate Foundation supports outreach by The Arc of Delaware

Thanks to the generous contributions of Allstate agent Tony DeSanctis, The Arc of Delaware has received two $500 Helping Hands grants from The Allstate Foundation.

Tony and his family have been actively supporting The Arc of Delaware for more than 14 years. In that span he has raised over $70,000 to benefit recreation programs, especially dances, picnics and movie nights in Kent and Sussex counties.

Now, as we begin to plan for post-pandemic in-person gatherings once again, these grants will help broaden our outreach with popular social events that benefit people with IDD in Delaware.

The Allstate Foundation aims to be a positive force for change in the community. It supports the causes that Allstate agency owners, financial specialists and employees care about most by providing Helping Hand grants to the non-profits where they volunteer. With these grants, The Allstate Foundation honors the community service of Tony DeSanctis, while including The Arc of Delaware as a partner providing innovative and lasting solutions to enhance the community’s well-being and prosperity.
