About 260 friends came together in November at Wyoming UM church in Dover to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with dance, food and fun. We met several first-timers this month and hope you will come back and join us again soon.

Out on the floor, DJ Lori showed the enthusiastic dancers how to “wobble till they gobble,” while others enjoyed listening to the music as they played table games.

Our busy kitchen volunteers prepared over 240 meatball sliders for the hungry crowd, with a shout out to Herr’s Chips for generously donating enough potato chips to satisfy everyone.

A huge thank you to all who contributed to our “Giving Back” campaign. We collected almost forty boxes of Saltine crackers to donate to the Kent county food bank. Next month, we will be soliciting sugarless breakfast cereals.
